DUI Attorney for Southern Illinois

MARION DUI ATTORNEY

DUI is one of the most serious traffic offenses in Illinois. While a first offense is a Class A Misdemeanor which will likely lead to court supervision (depending on your criminal history), subsequent DUI convictions lead to revocation of your license. • Up to 24 months court supervision, conditional discharge or probation
  • DUI Technology Fee of $750.00
  • Up to 364 days in the county jail
