Andrew T. Flynn grew up in Jacksonville, Illinois. After high school, Andrew attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a B.A. in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations in 2008. While at Oklahoma, Andrew was selected to compete in the national PRSSA J. Carroll Bateman Case Study Competition on behalf of the University of Oklahoma. From there, Andrew returned home to attend the Southern Illinois University School of Law. Andrew graduated from the SIU School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Andrew was a member of the School of Law’s Trial Team that successfully competed in several national trial competitions. Now, Andrew moonlights as a Coach for the S.I.U. School of Law’s Trial Team and travels with the team to trial competitions all over the country. Prior to joining the Lawler Brown Law Firm in 2017, Andrew worked at Tetzlaff, Flynn & Associates, P.C. in Marion, while focusing on Divorce and Family Law, Guardianships and Estates, Criminal Defense, and Business Formation and Transactions.
